Hi Kayleigh, did you ever follow up on the pond cam idea? I should like to install one in my pond (pic attached). I have been searcing the net and found very few different types (4 or 5). The one suggested by LL seems to appear most often. Ideally I should like day and night vision, panning and zoom, solar powered and wireless remote control
, but haven’t found one of that spec. I did see one, PTV on the Closewatch site that had 3 light levels (inc night) had 360 deg panning (£250)and was apparently available with wireless remote (extra £100). All the “extras” are fine but the most important thing is the quality of the images, and it is very difficult to judge without seeing them in action
. So, like you, I am canvassing for info please from people with experience in the pond cam field.
