Thanks for your replies. Have just seen a dead frog in works' pond so won't be risking passing diseases to my healthy frogs and toad.
I have pond weed -oxygenating,a small fountain and waterfall, pebbles around the edge with a woodpile at the back of the pond as well as a larger one in another area of the garden. The garden is totally enclosed and in a semi rural area. Can you give advice on what I could do to make it a better habitat that would appeal to newts? |
