Its silly i know but most people in this country would look at clouds like ours (in pictures) and wouldn't bat an eylid... they would be clueless
In america they would panic
The cloud in my picture at it best was a like a large colum with its base somewhere between 100 & 200 meters above the ground.... i was with a friend and pointed it out and all he could say was "oh yeah, it looks like a cloud growing under another" i took my picture and small clip a couple of minutes later.
