Just had a look at the settings for Internet explorer and if you look under Tools Internet Options there is a box that should be ticked to allow Internet Explorer to display pictures.

However if it displays pictures on other websites and it's just yours that it doesn't Pauline this won't be the problem, again assuming that Internet explorer is the web browser used.
