I stayed at Bempton overnight back in May and just threw a 6' x 6' dome tent up in the car park. Then in the morning I saw the sign that said "No camping or overnight parking".
And anyway, that's not going to be practical if you have a larger tent or want to spend more than one night there.
Billy's suggestion looks good.
