I've only just noticed that. In the photo Naturenutz has provided the stigma is unusual it looks like it hasn't opened fully.

Campanula persicifolia has the small yellow anthers deeper in the flower with the stigma which divides into 3 like shown in these photos.
Bellflower, Peach-leaved
I'm not too sure though because the flower shape resembles Harebell.
