One dead frog don't mean disaster it could have died of anything..
The green water is normal and will not kill frogs, get lots of oxygenators in it and some yellow flag irises they will help clear the water.
I had a dead frog a few months back no idea what killed it but now I have baby newts and tiny toads leaving the pond..
So yours should be fine.
