can't help you with the agaric I'm afraid . . . .

the bracket is surely not Polyporus squamosus - it looks to be on a willow? Salix fragilis perhaps?

Daedaleopsis confragosa (blushing bracket) often grows like that on Salix (like an irregular staircase) and can persist for months

that is by no means an ID btw just a suggestion . . . .
