Female, about 10mm body length. Femora orange and black, as with Tricyphona immaculata, but otherwise very different. Body black, wings no longer than body & wing venation different. I have been catching alot of craneflies of about this size most of which look fairly similar but this looks more distinctive so I'm hoping for an ID
