At least 65 litres. 100 isn't too much.
What sort of 'popup tent'? If it's the sort of tent I'm thinking of it it may not be very suitable. IIRC they're quite heavy. Also, there's usually no 'porch' area where you can leave your boots and wet kit, and cook in if the weather turns nasty.
If you go the the Cairngorms you won't need to carry any drink except for your immediate needs. There's plenty of good water in the burns. I never treat or boil it - just careful to get it from small burns running down from high hills.
