This is exactly the sort of thing that I think would happen. From what I remember of the area, it isn't some quiet backwater. The population density is fairly high and and I'm willing to bet that gangs of kids roam the streets in the neighbouring towns. And teenagers will be teenagers
Or maybe I've got it all wrong.
