I think your two Pyramidal Orchids and the Sainfoin are correct (someone on another thread mentioned there were many Pyramidal Orchids on the Devil's Dyke at Newmarket).

I see a lot of Sainfoin on the chalk downland in my area. Apparently it was once grown as a fodder crop.
