nightclouds = noctilucent cloud
wow - got my 1st sighting this summer of elusive noctilucent cloud [NLC] in late dusk tonight from SW London - at 80km high they glow blue in sunlight streaming over the polar regions

Cirrus, at much lower altitude, seen in silhouette towards horizon.
