I agree, looks like Cyanea capillata to me. I think they are more common in cooler waters at higher latitudes such as North America, Hebrides and the Arctic, but have been reported in many other places around the UK. They only live for about a year and tend to end up in sheltered bays towards the end of their life. Excellent photo - really shows off the colours well.
