Nope, he got planning permission for the golf course and club house etc. but stangely he was knocked back from using golf buggies as it would disturb the wildlife
as if the flattening of dunes, digging drains etc wouldn't.
So all those fat, rich Americans will actually have to go for a walk when their playing golf.
