I think I'll have to keep a close eye on these lichen pages to begin to get my eye in before I start to look at lichen more carefully. I have a 'patch' that I visit all the time and am gradually building up more and more info on what is on there, birds, mammals, plants, fungi etc, and as there is plenty of lichen, that is something that I'd like to get better acquainted with, in due course ...
