I used to use the Paint application that comes as an accessory with most microsoft operating systems and is easy to use, although a bit time consuming if you are doing more than just a few.
There is also a free, downloadable bit of software called Irfanview, which can do hundreds at a time in just a few seconds once you set it up. |
