Look at my
Gallery pictures, page 15, pictures taken on 20 June 2007. All the insect ones were taken with the FZ30/150. These should give you an idea. If you need more, I will try to find some.
I now have a Sigma 150 that I use with my 30D. I also find that the 100-400 is very good for insects that otherwise would be too far away.
