Re: St. George's?

That sounds a good idea. I go out most week ends with my 3 year old son. So far this year we have found plenty of St Georges, an amanita gemmata or jonquial whatever you want to call it, common ink caps (really early) and some grey trichlomas growing within a circle of St Georges. I will try to post some pictures when I get time.
We are happy munching ceps, hedge hogs, chanterelle, bay boletes, parasols, prince (my favourite), orange oak bolete, shaggy ink caps, morels and a few others. I want to be a bit braver this year and try tawny grisette chicken of the woods, and the blusher and perhaps some wax caps but I will be dining alone with these ones.
