Looks like a mysid shrip to me (Opossum) as for species..... no idea sorry!!
Are you sure its 40mm long?? looks smaller than that (or have you got very big hands!) My guess would be Praunus flexuosus due to the chromatophores on the ventral side and long rostrum.
