Sorry guys - I just couldn't resist a wind up - anything to brighten things up a bit plus I thought here's my chance to see what Nick's always going on about

I can report they were delicious, fried in butter with ordinary mushrooms to add bulk and added to a large pot of creme freche and a small pot of x-tra thick double cream, heated and thickened, then cooked cubed chicken stirred in - heated up and served on a bed of wild and basmati rice, with barely cooked peas and chopped celery and sugar snaps stirred into the rice ........ mmmm - yum ..... think I had better take my statins and an asprin tonight
