Phoebe,
Yes, if you go into the
Gallery and select your photo you can then edit it (under Additional Info, click on the symbol that looks like a blue square with a yellow crayon).
On the next page, the options include to 'Rotate CCW' (Counter-Clockwise) or 'Rotate CW' (Clockwise), so you can turn them so they face the right way.
