What a silly billy I am, I've gone back to Go-Outdoors and got another Leki trek pole to match my Therma-Lite pole. Trouble was the centimetre marks on the Therma-Lite, did not match the ones on the Titanium pole and did seem a little odd.
Anyway, that's rambling for you. Never had trouble like that with cycling
