Try MultiMap - the link below should be an OS map of Marshside near Southport:
Maps of the world, street map search - powered by Multimap
Click on the arrow to the left of the map and it should make it virtually full screen.
Try the other views (Map, Aerial and Bird's Eye), the Bird's Eye view doesn't work everywhere in the UK, but is amazing where it does work!
