Hello Mike,
on the last of your fotos it is very good visible, that the fruitbodies have a short stipe. Crepidotus never has. And also in the age of the older one of this foto, the gills should be greybrown in Crepidotus, they are white to ochraceous (in very old stages) in Panellus - due to the different spore print colour.
