The flooding occurred just a week after the snow at the beginning of Feb. I then had to wait a while before I could get close enough to to measure it and take the photo of the trunk, which hopefully gives a better idea of the size.

This tree is clearly visible from the eastbound carriageway of the A13, as the road crosses the Mardyke valley, immediatly after jct 31 (M25). You can't stop though

as it is a clearway.
Unfortunatly, although it stands in an open field, it's not that easy to get close to. (unless you know the shortcut)
