Hi Tawny Girl, If it's not to late take a photo of the bin bag in place outside your buisness, at least you will then have some evidence should Mr Parker decide to be a complete idiot and deny it all.
You might like to mention to him as well that it is lucky that you found his bank statement and not some criminal as by now his bank balance would be reading zero.
