Dan, I think you jumped in and started posting without first getting an accurate feel for the sort of site WAB is, or of the personalities of many of the regulars. There's no doubt that many members took exception to several of your posts and, although we appreciate the apology, even this contained offensive language (since removed) and refered to the contents of a private PM. This is inappropriate behaviour for any 'grown-up' web forum but certainly so for WAB which prides itself on being one of the friendliest forums around.
That doesn't mean WAB is a boring site and there is plenty of light hearted banter, but the key is to avoid inappropriate behaviour. If you were not clear what is and isn't inappropriate then you should have stood back for a while and observed, before jumping in with both feet.
Anyway, let's put all this behind us. I look forward to seeing your future contributions on WAB.
