General rule is that you are supposed tio be given a fighting chance.
If you are doing 99 on a motorway and you see a unit on a bridge and and brake immediately and in a safe fashion chances are you wont get a ticket as you have demonstrated that you are observant. What they are after is those that just saunter on by without noticing. I have to say, in general they are pretty fair |
