EDIT; I know you're looking for a spotting scope, but good quality bins will do you very well
I can vouch for the Bresser 10x50's, I bought a pair yesterday so that I could leave them in the car. (Current offer is £12.70 at Lidl). They have a very bright & crisp image.

Lidl are also currently doing the Bresser spotting scope offer, but even at £98.00, that's quite a lot to risk, if the scope turns out to be useless.

From what can be seen on the box, the specification is pretty good: -
25-75 magnification, 90mm diam. lens, BAK4 (The best quality) prisms, c/w tripod, bag & caps etc.
But it's not the sort of thing you can take out of the box and try in the store.

If it's anything like as good as the bins though, it should be worth the money.

Regards
Mike.
