My advice would be to do nothing, other than keep an eye on it to see that it doesn't fall out of the hanging basket.
If the parents have located it in the hanging basket and have been visting it regularly (presumably to feed it) I'd let nature take its course.
Baby birds develop fairly rapidly at the fledgling stage and, hopefully, it will take flight within a day or two.
