Here is a list of the best to the worst;
Asda, Tesco, CoOp, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Princes then John West.

Waitrose have a good reputation for green issues on the whole and they do give local farmers a good go.
I have tried
not to buy Albatross unfriendly/ Dolphin unfriendly tuna but it's not easy when some don't say what fishing methods are used.
