yep - given that ive only heard of a few of the speakers and some of them are on for half an hour or less i do think that £165 may be a liiiittle much.

you could see several different top line photographers speak for that much. Rouse is very good and the talks he does jointly with cornish are excellent, Chris packhams talk is well worth seeing (his own talk i mean not the 30 min introduction he is scheduled for at wildshots), and mark carwadine (though not a photographer per se) is a very entertaining speaker - though again i'd suggest seeing him at a solo event where he has less time pressure.

also if you want the business advice, getting published etc side of things you would be far better off with a course - numerous possible sources -though i'd personally give a big thumbs up to those run by annabel williams
