Round here spring is progressive in the four miles into town, you can check its progress with the Snowdrops and Daffodils.
Trouble with spring around here is that it can be very short if the weather is very mild and fortnight after the first spring flowers the summer ones are starting to bloom.

Roy, you always impress me with your attention to detail. Not in the swatted up from a book type of way (although that can be impressive too!) but in the way you just notice stuff as you pass by.
