It's at this time of the year Snowdrop that we can how a difference of a few feet can alter the climate slightly so that some trees start dropping their leaves weeks before those close by.
Round here spring is progressive in the four miles into town, you can check its progress with the Snowdrops and Daffodils.
Trouble with spring around here is that it can be very short if the weather is very mild and fortnight after the first spring flowers the summer ones are starting to bloom.
