I was able to add one more to the photo database, the first this October, today thanks to a magnificent stand of
Glaucous Michaelmas-daisy (
Aster laevis) on the bank of a railway line in suburban Bristol. I'll post up a picture just as soon as I can figure out how to delete the backlog I seem to have built up whilst uploading to the
Gallery
There's not a lot in flower around here now, although the local cotoneasters look magnificent in fruit, so I guess that's pretty much it for 2008. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to add one final species, the Goldilocks Asters (
A.linosyris) on cliffs at Uphill near Weston Super-mare, so that'd leave me on 791 plants photographed so far.
