Oh god I cant stop laughing sorry I got a sick sense of humour.Anyway you sound just like me remember the muddy shoes I nearly got stuck in the estuary that day and I slip on seaweed drop my bike trip over branches in fact so many little accidents I cant remember them all.Hope all your cuts and bruises feel better soon.I am in stitches here
