The council are going to talk to the neighbours, i will have to pay £50 and i am not happy about that but have to do something about it. I don't feed birds as i learnt years ago that rats will be there like a shot, if the food stays on the ground. It is a shame isn't it that if you interfere with nature even if in a positive way, it can have a negative knock on affect. I still wonder though, how people survive say if they work in stables or on farms if rats are so terrible, then they must come in contact with them, all the time, that more people don't become seriously ill. The thought of a rat in the house though makes my flesh crawl. Mind you so would a big spider, so it isn't just rats. lol |
