Went to the Norfolk coast yesterday for a long walk. Found loads of interesting plants but I think the most unusual is the rayless form of sea aster Aster tripolium var discoideus. This variety consists of just the central yellow portion of the flower. I think its also a Norfolk speciality and not found outside of this region. Cool plant.
