I normally watch Water Voles at Cromford Canal in Derbyshire when I am travelling to Manchester so I must make an effort to see the local population.
I undertstand that there is a Wryneck at Rainham Marshes at the moment too.

There's still a Wryneck today at Rainham- there were 2 on I think it was Friday.
