From what you have said (and I may have gotten the wrong end of the stick here

) you have been given a velocity v (which I assume if the recessional velocity) and the distance to the galaxy D, therefore from the equation
v = Ho x D
you have v and D therefore you should be able to work out Ho (Hubble's constant) from Ho = v/D
Though I am a bit confused as to why there are 2 figures missing
