Have to agree totally, I love sharing my fish pics with fellow anglers, but feel it might be in-appropriate here. The challenge, here would be to capture the fish in it's natural environment and I think that is what Gill was putting over. I'm a member of Great Linford Lakes in your neck of the woods Eeyore. Quite often when we were ready to pack up and head home we would walk the banks of the great ouse which runs through the complex. The water is crystal clear and on a bright day with polaroid sun glasses and at the right angle you could see the resident fish reasonably well, well enough to determine what type of fish they are, and I'm sure with the use of polarised filters these fish could be photographed well enough to be posted here, who knows we may have some underwater photographers out there ................... Bye the way Lincs nice piccies, I mainly fished Carp but the Barbel is in my view the perfect fish, beautiful. hazzard a guess. 8-10 lb
