We had our first rain for ages here in South East Kent tonight! I was sitting outside my local (again!) tonight when I saw lightning over Romney Marsh
I just got home before it rained and thundered like mad!
The power went out and the street lights went out too!
The thunder and lightning have been back several times since but I have loads of candles lit now!
At least it saved me watering me runner beans!!
