Well, maybe you can buy raisins with seeds in, but I'm lazy and always buy the seedless ones (but I can remember deseeding them for my mum, for the Christmas cake and pudding (with a silver knife, of course!) but it was a tedious, sticky job!).
The seeds probably have tiny amounts of cyanide in them.
