| aquatic snails
This morning I found 2 of our aquatic snails dead in the rockery pond and the 3rd one is missing - presumed dead. The other snails in the terraced pond are fine and both ponds are set up the same apart from some variation with the plants. Anyone know why they might have died ? I am reluctant to add anymore untill I know more about why they died. The water is nice and clear. We did have a lot of heavy rain yesterday - could this be the cause, maybe upsetting the water balance or something ? I didn't think so as the other snails are ok. |
