I've searched around but can't find anything to match this creature. It was on the edge of dense woodland, S. Devon, and the hint of diagonal dark banding on the rear legs is making me lean towards a Woodland Grasshopper nymph.
But I could be totally looking up the wrong gum tree. Any suggestions from the experts?
