I was over the moon to see it agian this morning!
I hadn't seen it for about a fortnight now(providing its the same on?)
Its a female and i got a wonderful look at it this morning for about Ten minutes.
I was so glad i was able to get some decent Photo's last time beacause it mean't i could spend more time observing its wonderful darting flight.
It was about 11am and i was just potting up some small Acorus Calamus plants in the larger of my two ponds when hey ho she came swooping in
pure magic the way she seemed to skim the surface i was totally MESMERIZED!! she liked my BROOKLIME which is growing in the shallow margins particularly.
i've noticed the sun is usually full on the pond at the time and my pond is only 46cm 18inch deep with plenty of vegetation which they prefer i read
It really made my Day!
