I find online shopping so much more convenient and I have found the prices at Warehouse Express to be very competitive and the customer service (when required .... very rarely) to be excellent.

I have no desire at all to use the local Jessops when their prices are so much greater .... and you have to visit when the shop is open!

When I bought my sony from my local jessops, I looked up the cheapest price I could find on the internet for the fz 20 and jessops matched it and maintained the price for the sony.
Someone did tell me that they no longer do this though..............Jon
