| ID for pond creature
I hope somebody can help me with and id. I have some small black worm/leach kind of things in my pond. they are about 2 cm long but can seem to expand there length and then contract back. They are also on the surface. I originally thought leaches but are they too small? The other thing is that I noticed them the day after i put a barley straw pad in the pond (it had been in my shed for the last year). Is this significant or just coincidence.
