Howdy, bit soggy today isn't it :P been out doing traffic surveys which is particularly entertaining when it's so wet your paper disintegrates before you can write anything down. Was looking at some pictures of a sunnier time and found these bee-flies which I never managed to ID. Both were taken in Southern France not the UK unfortunately but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas
Taken April 06 slightly smaller than Greater Bee-Fly
July 07 much much smaller <5mm I think
